3. ORDERS
An order is confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues or incorrect customer information.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible after the order has been prepared or dispatched.

Customers cannot cancel an order or refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery. If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order at the time of delivery, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

5. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without prior notice. Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our website.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of food products, returns may generally not be accepted after delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging.

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
